We require a 1 calendar month notice, should you want to cancel your DADIE subscription, or downgrade your license requirements.
A company database may include subdivisions. For example, company ABC Services can have subdivisions, Johannesburg Office, Cape Town Office, Durban Office etc. A user can be licenced to see for example only the Cape Town office, or a head office user can be licenced to see all the offices.
Additional features will be handled according to the following process:
- Requirement discussion.
- Writing of specification R1000.
- Customer to approve and sign off specification.
- Quotation for assignment and milestones.
- At acceptance of quotation a deposit of 60% is payable before commencement of work.
- When project reach 50% of completion another 20% is payable.
- Balance of payment will be after testing, agreement, and signoff. The R1000 for specifications will be deducted from the final payment.
